Cookies are small files a website stores on your device to help it work and to understand how it is used. This page explains the cookies Resparkit uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
These keep the site working and cannot be turned off.
| Cookie | Who sets it | Purpose | Roughly how long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Our session cookie | Resparkit (first-party) | Keeps you logged in and holds your session state | Lasts for your session |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Resparkit (first-party) | Security. Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | Lasts for your session |
These are non-essential, third-party cookies that only run on our live site. We use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand how pages are used. These analytics cookies load based on your consent choice: they are only set once you select "Accept" on the cookie banner, and stay off if you select "Reject".

Some pages on Resparkit embed video from YouTube. When that content loads, YouTube may set its own cookies. Those cookies are governed by Google's own policies, and Resparkit does not control them.
